Fafi x adidas Originals Honey Mid

Continuing her collaborative efforts with the adidas Originals campaign, Parisian artist Fafi will be releasing her third collection this October. The lineup looks to feature five models, with a preview of the first seen here. Utilizing adidas Honey Mid’s, the sneakers take obvious inspiration from Fafi’s world travels and upcoming comic book, which should prove to be another worthy endeavor for the artist.

GETTRY x Asics Procourt AR “Hamburger”

Japanese sneaker retailer GETTRY looks to an unlikely inspiration for their latest collaboration with Asics. The Procourt AR high-top takes on food properties as a hamburger serves as the theme with the two main colors slated as “Burger Brown” and “Cheese Yellow”. The multi-colored shoe also includes a combination upper including patent, leather and perforated leather. To top it all off, the insole includes a photo of french fries. Available now at GETTRY.

Ubiq eL Crash Hello Kitty Pack

The Ubiq eL comes in two new colorways as part of a Hello Kitty collaboration. The black colorway comes with a canvas upper, rasta colored ankle strap and a matching Hello Kitty character on the tongue tag. The white colorway is more in line with the classic Hello Kitty character, and comes in a white satin colorway, with matching white/red ankle strap. The pack is now available from Atmos.

Vans Vault 2009 Holiday Era Pack

Much like the previously seen Half Cabs, Vans Vault works up a similar treatment to their classic Era model. The sneakers feature a simple two-tone color block, done up in suede, and finished with extended contrast piping. Both a black/white and brown/gold will releasing in the latter part of 2009.

Nike Sportswear Fall 2009 Fly Top

For Fall 2009, Nike Sportswear introduces a new high top sneaker - the Fly Top. The sneaker comes with an all leather upper, which even extends into the mid-sole and it features an ankle strap. Coming in three colorways next season, the Fly Top keeps an overall classic look and is clearly targeted at the lifestyle consumer.

Nike Wolverine Big Nike High Vs. Sabretooth Air Max 95

To coincide with the recent release of the Wolverine movie, Nike has put together a Wolverine vs. Sabretooth pack using two of their classic models. You may have already seen some blurry sample images of these floating around the internet, but now we finally have a good look at this intriguing new pack. The Wolverine installment uses a Big Nike High, incorporating the yellow, blue, red and black from Wolvie’s classic X-Men uniform, even going as far as to include the very recognizable black stripes on the heel section. In addition to the color scheme, the design also gives a nod to our favorite mutant’s adamantium claws, including slash mark graphics on the mid panel and a sliced up Nike logo on the red tongue.

The Sabretooth Air Max 95 design is a little less obvious, but still makes for a nice addition to the Pack. It attempts to capture the look of Sabretooth’s shiny fur coat, using shades of orange, brown, red and yellow over a white base and like the Wolverine shoe, there is a design on the tongue that appears to have been carved out by claws. If you are a fan of these characters or just think that this makes for a cool pack, you can pick up both pairs now at Proper, but don’t hesitate because they probably won’t be around for long.

Nike Hyperize - White - Aquamarine - Grey - November ‘09

Following the successful trail blazed by the Hyperdunk, the Hyperize is poised to make a nice splash of its own. The shoe incorporates certain aspects of the Hyperdunk, like the Lunar Foam midsole and Flywire construction, but the shoe definitely has its own look. You may have already seen this colorway as part of our holiday ‘09 preview, but now we have some new images to give you a closer look at some of the finer details. The shoe features a white leather upper with black and aquamarine accents and a transparent mid panel that allows the Flywire to show through. This version of the Hyperize will no doubt be a very popular colorway thanks to some obvious color similarities to the highly coveted McFly Hyperdunk, and the good news is that these should be a lot easier to get your hands on.
