atmos x Reebok Pump Omni Lite Polka Dot

Having seen a handful of team-ups between premier Japanese sneaker store atmos and Reebok in the last six months or so, the two continue on with their partnership on the Pump Omni Lite. The sneaker made famous by NBA Slam Dunk Champion Dee Brown back in the early 90s is seen here in a much brighter and noticeable form than the original release that was decked out in black. Purple suede, white leather and lime green are highlighted by a bright multi-colored polka dot pattern. Stay tuned for details on a release which will include atmos among other retailers.

Chapter x Reebok Glow Pack - Pump Omni Lite + Court Victory Pump

Reebok has once again teamed up with Japanese retailer, Chapter, for a new collaboration pack, and like their Juggernaut Pack from a few months ago, the subjects are also the Pump Omni Lite and the Court Victory Pump. This time around, instead of solid colorways, both shoes go in the total opposite direction of the Juggernaut kicks, using a rainbow of bright pastel colors to bring these two classics to life. Different shades of pink, green, yellow, purple and blue can be found on both, as well as sections of patent leather on the Pump Omni Lite and a hexagon pattern on the heel of the Court Victory Pump. If you’re still not sold, then just turn out the lights. This isn’t called the Glow Pack for nothing. Check out the images after the jump for a look at what these kicks look like in the dark. Both pairs are available now at Chapter.

Lemar & Dauley x DC Shoes Spring 2009 Xander

The third in a series of collabs between DC and New York’s Lemar and Dauley: The Lemar and Dauley Xander.

The muse for the Summer 2009 Lemar and Dauley Xander was racquet sports—inspiration was pulled from tennis and the equipments used. The tennis racquet became a source of inspiration, along with both the clay and grass courts that are used as the playing field. Special attention to detail led to the utilization of a mesh material on the side panels and tongue of the Xander as a reflection of the interlocking strings used within the racquet. The houndstooth detail served as an iconic brand logo, much like the branded logos printed on tennis racquet strings, while the clear sole of the shoe reflected the nylon material used to make the cords. In the final details, leather trim was used around the edges as well as under the sole of the shoe to represent the leather taping around the handle of the racquet. The insoles were printed with an abstracted graphic of the playing field itself to provide a complete story.

Both colorways drop May 1st at select DC LIFE retailers worldwide.
