Crooks & Castles x Vans Forty-Four Hi - June 2009

When Vans unveiled their East vs West Pack of Forty-Four Highs back in January, we already knew that the black pair in that pack would be accompanied by a white counterpart. At the time, we believed the white version would release around the time of the black pair’s February drop, but it didn’t go down like that. Instead, the shoe that’s also been referred to as ‘Fremont Hi’ will release at a more appropriate time for white shoes. The Crooks & Castles x Vans Forty-Four Hi will be available next Saturday, June 6th only at the Crooks 8021 flagship in LA. via CtotheJL

Proper x Reebok Dual Pump Runner

Over only a handful of collaborative projects, Proper has already firmly established itself as purveyors of clean, well designed footwear. Their latest collaboration takes them into Reebok country with the Dual Pump Runner. Three colorways each share some nice color match-ups throughout with our pick of the litter seen in black, blue and reddish orange. No word yet on a definitive release date but they should drop this summer.
