Nike Air Hoop Structure - Grey - Metallic Silver - White - November ‘09

We have already shown you two upcoming colorways of Nike’s highly anticipated Air Hoop Structure and now we bring you a look at a third version of this intriguing creation. In what seems like an unlikely move, Nike has transformed their Air Structure Triax ‘91 running shoe into a functional basketball high-top. As stated in previous posts, aside from the obvious Air Structure Triax ingredients, this sneaker also seems to borrow a few subtle touches from the Air Jordan VI, with the protruding ankle bubble right at the top of that list. This colorway uses a dark grey upper with white and metallic silver accents, as well as a translucent section of the outsole towards the front of the shoe. Look for these to hit select Nike retailers some time in November and in the meantime, stay tuned for more information on the Air Hoop Structure as it comes. Via FootLockerUnlocked.

Orchard Street x Reebok Fuze 1.0 - Summer 2009

Orchard Street’s affair with Reebok continues with this strappy new lovechild. The Orchard Street x Reebok Fuze 1.0 appears here in an interesting icey green design. They feature straps in lieu of lower eyelets and the laces begin above the velcro. These same straps are repeated on the heel. This is presumably an aesthetic choice, although it might also aide in the fit. They also look to have a nice patterned lining, but we’ll have to wait for more pics to be sure. These are set to drop this summer, so stick with Sneaker News for more. via HS

Nike Dunk High Premium - White - Black - Neon Orange - Fall 2009

With the Blazer taking the lead on Nike releases of late, the Dunk is currently occupying an unfamiliar backseat. While we’re not sure of the exact ratio of releases for the future, joints like these are sure to earn the Dunk its share of shine. These joints only have three colours, but still have alot to offer. The white side panels offer a more dense perforations than the similarly coloured toes, while a cris-crossing stitch pattern on the black rear quarter/heel area adds texture. Throw in neon orange accent and these make for an interesting look. Expect them to drop during the Fall 2009 season. via HS

adidas Women’s Attitude White Patent

The popular adidas high-top basketball offering the Attitude drops in this latest colorway for the ladies. A white patent leather dominates the upper of the shoe as it intermixes with royal blue on the outsole, tongue and pipping. Little patterned details are seen on the Trefoil heel logo and along the heel portion. Available now at Grip.

ALIFE Chuck - Tonal Blue

If you wanna feel cool this summer, look no further. The ALIFE Chuck appears above in a dope tonal blue canvas and suede construction. The forefoot is darker azure in suede while the rear gives way to a relatively lighter shade made of canvas. A nice blue stitch joins the upper to a white cup sole. These are set to drop at ALIFE retailers like Standard in the coming days. via CtotheJL

Supra Vaider Low - Red + White + Black

With a lowtop of the Chad Muska Pro Model prompting a naming shift to ‘Skylow’, it was only a matter of time before we saw more of Supra’s staples in low versions. The Supra Vaider Low appears here in three colours to help keep your feet cool this summer. There’s one in red suede, another in white leather and a black mix of the two fabrics with Tiffany blue accents. If you’re looking for a break from the ultra-hightop craze, cop these now from CCS.

Puma Stepper Breakpoint Pack

When we last saw the Puma Stepper, it was covered in gold dragon scales as the Terror King installment of Puma’s recent Monster Pack. Now the Stepper is back with a pack of its own and has just dropped in three new colorways as a part of Puma’s “Breakpoint” collection. You may remember seeing the Puma Clyde “Breakpoint” Pack a few weeks back and now its the Stepper’s turn. All three colorways feature rich perforated suede uppers in monochromatic color schemes. The red, blue and black versions all feature a mid cut with a white ankle collar providing the only accent on the upper. A slightly discolored white midsole gives all three colorways a nice vintage look. You can find the Puma Stepper Breakpoint Pack now at Cellophane. Via NiceKicks.

Air Jordan 1 Retro High - Cinco de Mayo Pack - White

With Easter just passed and the end of April right around the corner, Jordan Brand is looking forward to May for its next holiday-inspired pack of sneakers. The Air Jordan 1 Retro High Cinco de Mayo Pack commemorates the 5/5 celebration in grand style. The pair above in perforated white features accents the colours of Mexico’s flag: red, white and green. These colours transition smoothly into one another every few stitches on the Swoosh and midsole and are also present on the ankles’ Air Jordan ‘Wings’ logo and tongue tag. Slated for a May 2nd limited release, we found these early on eBay. via StepToRun

Air Jordan 1 Retro High - Cinco de Mayo Pack - Black

Here’s the second pair in Jordan Brand’s latest pack of festive footwear. The Air Jordan 1 Retro High Cinco de Mayo Pack appears here with all the same details as its sibling except instead of white leather, these use black suede for their uppers. Both share the Mexican flag-inspired stitching and logos, plus a black midsole atop a white outsole. As with the others, these will find a ‘full’ limited release on Saturday, May 2, but you can cop them today from eBay. via StepToRun

Standard x DC Shoes Admiral High

Standard ATL hits us with a look into their new collaboration alongside DC Shoes, utilizing the popular Admiral High model from the DC LIFE Collection.

Air Jordan 1 Retro High - Black - Laser Blue Polka Dot

With May 1 and 2 set to be big days for Jordan Brand releases, it’s somewhat of a relief to see these joints drop a bit early. The Air Jordan 1 Retro High appears here in a pin-sized polka dot design. Like the white-on-black pair that released exactly a month prior to this pair’s May 1 scheduled release, these add the grid of dots in a shiny leather atop a black suede underlay. A nice choice to alternate with last month’s cop, you can grab a pair of these early on eBay. via StepToRun

Nylon Magazine x Nike Sportswear Dunk-Hi Pack - June 2009

It’s about time. After a short burst of hype, the Nylon Magazine x Nike Sportswear Dunk-Hi Pack disappeared. We saw several other nylon Dunks, but none affiliated with the publication. Now we finally know exactly what to expect and when. The pack includes five neon pairs: pink, orange, yellow, green and blue. Each features the ‘NYLON’ logo in two places: on the side panels it’s a tonal afterthought while the tongue tag features a multicoloured logo evoking each pair in the pack. These joints are set to drop Monday, June 1 at Urban Outfitters and other select Nike retailers. Via High Snobiety

Asics Gel Lyte Speed - Electric Blue - Hot Pink

From the David Z-exclusive ’super blue’ joints to a pair commemorating the Chinese brand’s Guinness World Record, the Asics Gel Lyte III has enjoyed a variety of new colours. Not to be outdone by its older brother, the Gel Lyte Speed appears here in the first of two pairs we’ll show you today to complete a closer look at the trio we first saw a little over a month ago. The pair pictured above comes in a combination of electric blue and hot pink that screams ‘early nineties!’ The ATC-like speckled gradients on the Asics logo add to this theme, while a white, grey and black base provide balance. As with the first pair we saw earlier this week, these are expected sometime next week in extremely limited quantities, so check with your local Asics retailer for more details. via Endorsed

3 Inches of Blood x Nike 6.0 Zoom Oncore High

In what may seem like an unlikely pairing, Nike 6.0 has teamed up with Canadian heavy metal band, 3 Inches of Blood, for an intriguing new collaboration sneaker. After learning that many of their athletes were die-hard metalheads and fans of the band, Nike decided that a collaboration made sense and the result is the Blood Oncore High. The shoe was co-designed by the band themselves, choosing an interesting selection of colors and materials to represent their aggressive sound in sneaker form. Known for their wizards and warriors fantasy battle themes, the Zoom Oncore High has been built for war. The shoe features different muted shades of brown and green distressed leather for the upper with metallic silver side panels to symbolize the menacing blades of war. As a nod the band’s colorful name, various red hues provide additional accents on the tongue, midsole and laces and the 3 Inches of Blood logo is stitched into the heel. Whether you are a fan of the band or just think these kicks are fresh, you can pick up a pair at select Nike 6.o retailers beginning on May 1st. Via 5ones.

Asics Gel Lyte II - III - Speed Runovation Pack - Spring 2009

As you may have already noticed, Asics’ classic running models are popping up everywhere we look lately and this latest pack pays homage to the steps along the way of the Asics legacy. The Runovation Pack gives a nod to the impressive advancements in running shoe technology that were developed by Asics nearly two decades ago. The pack is comprised of three shoes that mark the Asics running evolution. A white/black/gold Gel Lyte II represents for one of Asics most classic styles, with a black/yellow/white Gel Lyte III for the middle sibling of the three. The most recent shoe of the three models, the Gel Lyte Speed is the final step in the Runovation Pack’s quest for running shoe perfection. The Gel Lyte Speed features a white upper with metallic silver and purple accents. All three styles are lightweight, comfortable and can be found now at Proper.

Asics Gel Lyte III - Summer 2009

Asics has been on top of their game lately, dropping a number of fresh new colorways of some of their classic running models. We’ve recently shown you the “Super Blue” and “Lite-Brite” editions of the Gel Lyte III, as well as the return of the Gel Lyte Speed, and now it’s time to take a look at some more of Asics’ wild summer styles. The popular Gel Lyte III is back again in some bold summer colorways. One new version sports a grey/white base with bright orange and turquoise hihghlights. The other new Gel Lyte III features and even bolder teal/purple upper with sections of black on the toe box and tongue and additional white and yellow accents. Thanks to the Gel cushioning his lightweight shoe is also as comfortable as it is stylish and makes for a great warm weather choice. You can find both pairs right now at Hanon.

Nike Air Structure Triax - Black - Purple - Aqua

Last month, we showed you a new Air Structure Triax in a nice white/turquoise/pink colorway that really captured that early 90’s feel from when they were originally released. Now another colorway has emerged, also with a 1991-looking color scheme. These kicks feature a black leather upper with white mesh showing through in numerous sections. A white Swoosh, outsole and lining are also included, but the show stealer is the bright purple and aqua accents that appear on the midsole, tongue and eyelet panels. This striking color combination gives the shoe an old school feel, but it fits right at home with many of today’s bold styles. If you have been appreciating the Air Structure Triax since its first go-around, you can find a pair of these updated classics now at End.

NYLON+NIKE KICKS

Nike Womens Air Digs - Spring 2009

Towards the end of last year, we showed you an interesting Nike Retro release for the ladies, the Air Digs. The shoe was originally released in 1991 as a volleyball shoe, but thanks to its old school look and the current high-top renaissance, they seemed like a good fit for a re-release. This pair takes the shoe to a new level of street style, incorporating an overwhelming dose of color and patterns to make it stand out from the pack. Surrounding the white mesh underlay and black base is an explosion of color, using shades of purple, pink and turquoise on various textured sections of the upper, as well as a bright orange lining and laces. As far as wild colorful styles go, sneakers don’t get much more flamboyant than these. If any of you ladies are bold enough to flaunt these down the street, and we know you’re out there, you can cop a pair now at Standard.
